New uses for old favorites

Dear Home

A long, long, time ago, when we'd travel more than five feet for our mid-day meal—we'd prepare our lunch the night before, placing both the food and our keys in the refrigerator. That way, we'd never leave home without our lunch. Genius, no?

That's called a life hack, dear home—a good one makes things a touch easier. There are thousands. If you like rabbit holes, you'll like these—most are silly and charming, and have you believing you'll be living your best life. Hey, whatever it takes!

We have a few hacks to share. We call ours Heath hacks—new uses for old favorites. Listen, life in captivity is anything but captivating—getting dressed can be a win—we'll take all the help we can get.

Plus, who doesn't love a twofer?

Make it Beautiful

With Earth Day just a few days ago, we have a hobby for you—propagating greenery inside our cups and bowls. Hearty plants, especially those who enjoy rocks and low water, do quite well, even without drainage holes. Treat your plants. Your animals, too—if they're not eating and drinking from Heath—well!

We're simply planting the idea.

Make it Responsibly

It's no surprise that our dinnerware factory is on pause—like much of the world. Prioritizing our team's safety means that some of our products are out of stock—temporarily. As soon as it's safe, we'll get back to making! Until then, thank you so much for your patience (we're getting good at this skill, aren't we?)

Make it Happen

What do cakes and casseroles have in common? Obviously, our Covered Serving Dish. For those lucky to have one, let alone two, you may stack them like so. Also, for the inside scoop: flip that lid over, and voila, it's a pedestal for any such goodies you choose. We're out of stock, but give it a try with any flat-top lid—it functions the same.

Play. Make a tray.

Make it Better

We like the Small Modern Cup for tea, wine, juice—anything you'd like a splash of at any time of the day. The Gigogne Tumblers by Duralex, too. Both pack a punch in the function department. Small, but mighty.

Make it Together

Dinner's done. It was delicious. Still, there are leftovers. Grab any plate and place it over the bowl—into the refrigerator it goes. Next day, grab, heat, and eat. Here, our Vegetable Bowl and Salad Plate—like a glove. Always use discretion, last week we learned about temperature shock and high-acid foods/detergents.

Tupper, Where it's at.

Stay safe and sane. Yours Truly, Heath Ceramics
