1050°

After working shoulder to shoulder for 10 years, artisans from seven communities in Oaxaca, Puebla, and Chiapas formed the cooperative 1050° (pronounced 1050 grados). What brings them together is the love for clay and the aim to share its kindness with the world. They create simple and elegant designs bridging the rural and indigenous world closer to the modernism of urban life; and the wisdom of tradition closer to the dynamism of innovation.
