Inspired by our Rim line of dinnerware, with a wide band around the top and a narrow foot. The plant lifts from its base as if floating. Inside the bowl, there is no soil, just a large air plant that grows in a spherical shape, rising out of the cone and filling its circumference. — Tung Chiang

This piece was photographed with an air plant. If you select Curbside Pickup during checkout, your piece will be presented to you with a plant inside of it—either the one photographed or something similar. Curbside Pickup is available at our San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sausalito locations. Orders marked to ship will not include a plant.

There is a small drainage hole and 2 small holes for gardening wire in the bottom of the planter.
Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth. If necessary use a mild, non-acidic, non-abrasive dish detergent.
This piece may scratch wood or other soft surfaces when placed.
