Heavyweight cast iron made in the USA by Lodge. Transfers and retains heat evenly. Pre-seasoned for a smooth finish that resists sticking and rust. High sides contain splatters. Loop helper handle makes for easier lifting. Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Oven and broiler safe.

Before and after each use, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface. Preheat the pan slowly before adding food. Hand wash skillet with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; don’t use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly.
