Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, usually within 3-5 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

Heath will gladly exchange, provide store credit, or refund merchandise to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required and the returned item(s) must be new, in original condition, with the original tags or stickers. Any cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via mailed check. Returns without proof of purchase will be reviewed. If accepted they will be processed at factory seconds pricing for store credit or exchange only. No returns will be accepted if merchandise has been used. Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Other restrictions may apply. Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Taper in Orange

12" L

Add delightfully warm light to your home with these beeswax candles. Each candle is hand-dipped with a 100% cotton wick and locally sourced beeswax. The wick is sized so that the candle burns down perfectly and the beeswax leaves behind almost no soot and has a natural honey-like scent. Each comes as a pair of candles.

Burn time is approximately 12–13 hours.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 0.25" L before each and every lighting. If carbon builds up on the wick that looks like the top of a black mushroom, extinguish the candle, wait for it to cool, cut off the carbonized portion leaving at least 0.25" of the wick (if possible), and relight. To enourage even burning, center the with with a metal utensil periodically. Avoid burning taper candles outside or in a drafty room.

Bees need to visit 30 million flowers to produce a pound of wax. It is a precious commodity and an incredible creation to be cherished. Compared to other kinds of candle wax, beeswax burns the longest, produces the most beautiful flame, and creates almost no soot.
