Ready-to-use, this pot comes pre-seasoned for a smooth finish that resists sticking and rust.

Before and after each use, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface. Preheat the pan slowly before adding food. Hand wash skillet with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; don’t use soap or harsh detergents. Dry thoroughly.
