Gardening for Wellness Workshop with Edible Gardens LA
Join Edible Gardens Los Angeles (EGLA) at Heath LA for a "Gardening for Wellness" workshop, hosted by EGLA founder Lauri Kranz. EGLA builds, plants and sustains organic vegetable gardens, procuring beautifully made and locally sourced garden-to-table goods. We’re celebrating Lauri’s new book A Garden Can Be Anywhere, a step by step guide to growing an organic vegetable garden — like a cookbook you can take into the garden instead of the kitchen.
Learn how to grow herbs and plants for nutritional and medicinal purposes and concoct an elixir with common garden herbs to take home with you — it’ll be an afternoon full of learning, wellness, and light bites and drinks, too.
We’ve only got a handful of seats for the workshop, so if you’re interested, get your ticket soon! Each ticket includes admission to the workshop, a copy of Lauri Kranz's new book A Garden Can Be Anywhere, and the elixir you'll create in the workshop.
