Pieces of Ch’ail dishware display the unmistakable finishes of Amatengo del Valle—a village in the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico. The cool grey tone and smooth, semi-matte surface of the piece is a hallmark of the materials and techniques endemic to the region. This pitcher features a large handle that's comfortable to hold and a joy to use.

This item is not dishwasher or microwave safe. Avoid exposing the piece to sudden and dramatic changes in temperature. Wash your pieces carefully by hand with a mild soap before using them for the first time and every time after that. Put away only after the piece is completely dry. It's normal for these pieces to sweat a little when you first start using them. If this happens, soak your pieces for 24 hours in saltwater. For vases and pitchers, use a dish or a coaster underneath to ensure any excess moisture in the piece doesn’t seep into the surface underneath. Do not keep the piece filled with water for more than 3 days at a time.
